SynTech Omega 3 v kapsulah so osnovno prehransko dopolnilo za splošno zdravje in si zaslužijo posebno pozornost športnikov.

 

Omega 3 maščobne kisline so polinenasičene maščobne kisline, ki jih najdemo predvsem v ribah (npr. losos, skuša, sardela). Najbolj znani sta EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) in DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). Pozitivne učinke Omega 3 se doseže z vnosom od 250mg do 3g EPA in DHA na dan. Ta odmerek je nemogoče doseči z običajno prehrano, zato se priporoča dodajanje s prehranskimi dopolnili.
